Fish delivered to sashimi restaurants maintain firm flesh significantly longer in holding tanks, preserving texture and flavor quality.

Field trials conducted with agricultural cooperatives since 2007 using it as a feed additive have proven it harmless to humans, animals, and aquatic species.

Tested across 40 olive flounder farms in Jeju and Busan Gijang — demonstrated effective prevention, progression halt, and spread control of wasting disease, a major challenge in flounder aquaculture.
